The whole experience was great from start to finish. I was quickly able to schedule a quote and a site visit to go over the move and was able to get on the schedule with in 5 days of said site visit.
The communication from quote to arrival of the moving team was great and I even received text alerts as to when the moving team would arrive. The team consisted of 4 guys and one moving truck with all the furniture pads, shrink wrap and tape you could ever ask for. Ours was not a complicated move, just moving office furniture from one space to the new but did include break down of desks at old office and assembly of desks at the new.
I was originally told the move time would be approximately 6.5 hours and that rates were based on hours times number of team members plus any boxes or materials we requested. The rate quoted was reasonable for that amount of time and movers. However, the time to complete the move ran over by almost 3 hours so that pushed the rate up by about $800 dollars additional.
I was very pleased with the quality of guys and with the care and handling they were committed to when packing and moving our items. The team took the time to wrap, protect, and label each item and while that may have added a bit on each end, it was well worth the additional dollars spent for the way our stuff arrived unscathed and assembled with care.
I would 100% recommend these guys and will be looking for a quote on a future residential move shortly.
